Increased Master Domain Name for FTP to 50 characters (was 16). Ludo has a ridiculously long MDN and says he would have renamed his Master Domain to Genesis-influenced progressive rock band "IQ", but his "nerdy Unix pony-tailed colleagues" were having none of it!

 

Fixed parsing of Resource extract for resource occurrences greater than 9.

 

Fixed breakdown if you didn't actually have any Calendars, Resources, Prompts or Parameters and tried to make use of the reporting options referring to them.
